At Shearwater Health, we recognized this trend years ago and set out to find ways to keep healthcare organizations—and the people who comprise them—healthy too.
Since we were founded in 1973, we have morphed and adapted as medicine has evolved. A key turning point came in 2009 when we founded Clinical Process Outsourcing, or CPO™, as a way to expand the capacity and effectiveness of our partner organizations without adding to their overhead. After welcoming Tom Kendrot as CEO in 2019, an impassioned leader with a drive for innovation, we accelerated our expansion by broadening our global presence and deepening our impact on partners worldwide.
