Jen Bales joins Shearwater Health Executive Team as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

Bales is a seasoned human resources professional with deep expertise across a broad spectrum of human resources and industries. Jen’s career also includes experience working with a range of organizations, from non-profits to Fortune 500 companies. She brings with her 25+ years of expertise across the full HR spectrum and verified success building effective HR programs, achieving employee performance, engagement, and delivering business results.
